Projections has been found by two partners. Tayfun Kartal is the owner of Locations. In 10 years they have leased out over 1,000 stores in more than 200 malls as well as 100 street in 50 different cities of Turkey. Considering Turkey’s capacity for retail venues, that presumably translates into the biggest experience achieved by one consultancy firm in the field of re-leasing. Tayfun Gezmiş, on the other hand, has treasured up enormous experience in retail industry over the course of 18 years. They have been friends for quite some time and purposely have crossed their path with each other to establish Projections.
On July 2016, this common mind has launched the ship into the water and crowed on sail, to be the source of win/win solutions, that both retailers and investors have been missing.

OUR JOB

Projections is a real estate consultancy company, specifically focuses on retail and has been found to do retail leasing, project and business development of any real estate with a commercial potential in every corner across the board Turkey.

In other words, Projections is a business development company established to provide benefit with land owners, investors, undertakers and/or retailers to create or convert lands, plots, buildings for retail.

If/when the idea is leaning on knowledge and experience and decorated with a right vision, chances are; the investment will be well-directed and hit the bull’s-eye of the target. We are well sure that you all have seen retail buildings, completed but couldn’t find its value, or couldn’t be leased out, half empty, or even couldn’t be carried into effect at all and tend to grow old.

You see, stopping that kind of undesirable results from happening from the start and/or changing the destiny of such real estate towards good is another good definition of what we do.
